Q: Does B&B Precision design any of its own products?

A: No. B&B does not design any of our own parts. However, our engineering staff will work closely with the OEM’s engineers to insure the highest level of quality and precision will be achieved from prototype to production.

Q: Does B&B Precision perform services such as Plating, Painting and Heat Treat?

A: No. We do not perform any of these services on site. However, we have built our reputation as a “one stop shop”. We achieve this through a highly qualified local supply base and we will insure delivery of your parts complete to blueprint specification.

Q: Does B&B perform any value added operations such as assembly and testing?

A: Yes. We have a full service assembly department capable of the most complex assembly operations. Our assembly and test capabilities insure your products are delivered to your stock with the assurance of point of use functionality. Our testing capabilities include air, hipot, torque, balancing, amperage and composite run out.

Q: Does B&B do contract grinding?

A: Yes, through the recent expansion in our grinding department, we have increased our capacity. This affords us the opportunity to accept new customers who may only need a secondary or finish grinding operation. Our full service grinding department includes CNC and manual cylindrical (id, od), surface and jig, all within tolerances to .0001”.
