About Us

Founded in 1976, our company started as B&B Precision Tools Inc. because we produced gauging fixtures and specialized tooling used in automotive production primarily by General Motors.

The business started in a small building in Avon, NY but by 1984 we had 22 employees and no room so we built a new building and added more production equipment.

Later B&B diversified and became B&B Precision Manufacturing, Inc.. Instead of just making tools, we were now making actual components, and not just for the automotive industry. We began manufacturing sub-assemblies for producers of photographic equipment and office imaging systems as well as tooling component parts for jet engines and the space program. We also expanded into switching mechanisms and braking systems for the railroad industry.

We are planning our second major expansion, nearly doubling our 14,000 square foot plant and expanding our sales force nationally. We employ 60 people and are currently running three shifts.

B&B has a state approved training program for machinists which encourages our people to constantly attain higher level skills.
